The return period is 30 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. Remember that the items must be in their original, unused condition. At wonders.com we cannot offer you an exchange, although if you would like a different size, color or item, please return the item to us and place a new order. If you wish to return an item purchased through our website, we recommend that you do it quickly and easily from our returns portal. During the process you will be shown specific instructions for each step.

SPAIN, EUROPE AND UNITED KINGDOM:

Returns at Wonders.com are free of charge for orders placed from Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands), Europe and United Kingdom, as long as the product is in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.

USA:

Returns from the United States have a fixed cost of $30, which will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded once the product is received and reviewed. This charge covers the handling and shipping costs associated with the international return.

RETURNS GUIDE:

The deadline to return an item is 30 days from the date of receipt of shipment. The products must be unused, in their original condition and with the packaging intact.

Here is a summary of what to do:

• Go to our returns portal by clicking here.
• Log in with your email or order information.
• Locate the order that includes the model you want to return and select the model to return.
• Choose the return method.
• Finalize your return and print the labels that will be generated.
• Insert in the original box you received the packing slip indicating the items you are returning in the corresponding box. Remember, it is very important that all items to be returned are in perfect condition.
• Once we have received the package in our warehouse, we will proceed to check it. If everything is correct, you will receive the amount of the return through the payment method used in the purchase.
  
  

You will be credited within 30 calendar days after the return order is generated.

The transport costs added to the return of one or more items will be borne by us as long as the product is in perfect condition, in its original packaging and is returned from the same country to which it was originally sent.

If these requirements are not met, Wonders online store reserves the right not to accept the return or not to bear the costs of the return process.
