can I track my order?

Yes, when your order is prepared and leaves our warehouse, we will send you an informative email with a tracking number of the carrier so you can also check the status of your order with them at any time. what is the warranty on footwear purchased on the web?

For Wonders, quality comes first. We thoroughly check the finish of our shoes to ensure that they are in the best condition to withstand the uses for which they have been designed. Even so, all our shoes have a legal guarantee of 2 years for manufacturing defects, counting from the day of purchase. If a product you bought in our online store has quality defects and you want to return it, you should contact us via email info@wonders.com to inform you how to proceed.

I have not received any email with the purchase confirmation, is everything correct?

If you have not received the confirmation email, but you have seen the message with your confirmed order number and you have been charged, you can be sure that it has been processed successfully. The reason you have not received the email may be because the email address may contain an error, the email may have mistakenly entered the spam folder or there may have been a computer problem on our part with the sending of the confirmation email. You will receive your order without any problem. If the payment has not been made correctly you can contact us through info@wonders.com and we will personally confirm the status of your order.

can I cancel my order?

Once the order is confirmed, it goes directly to the warehouse where it is processed. This agility in the management of the order prevents us from being able to attend requests of cancellation or changes of articles. However, you can always return the order or the item once it has arrived.

will I have to pay any import taxes or customs duties?

No. All orders to the UNITED STATES and UNITED KINGDOM are shipped DDP (Duty Delivery Paid), which means that we take care of all the associated freight, paperwork and import duties so you don't have to. If you have been contacted by the courier company regarding additional charges, please contact our Customer Service team who will take care of it.

can I exchange items?

We currently do not offer an exchange service. If you are not completely satisfied with your shoes, you may place a new order for the correct size/color pair of shoes and return the original pair. Remember that the item must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. As soon as we have received the item, we will ensure that you are refunded the relevant amount.

when will I be reimbursed?

If we receive a return in accordance with our return policy, the refund will be issued immediately. However, it may take up to 30 days for the credit to post to your account. Refund times may vary depending on how long it takes your bank/company to process the payment and the payment method used.

2. Pick up at Delivery Points:

- You will be able to pick them up in 24/72 business hours, depending on the opening hours of the pickup point, 24/72 business hours for shipments to Spain and Balearic Islands, 3/6 days for shipments to Europe and 2/3 days for shipments to the United States.
- Please select "Delivery Point" when confirming your order.
- Orders with pickup point delivery are shipped the next business day (working days).

how do I buy in the online store?

Shopping at Wonders online store is very simple, fast and safe. The first thing you have to do, after browsing our website, is to choose the shoes, color and size you want to buy and add them to the cart as usual. Once you have what you are interested in the basket, you will see the button "Finalize order". Click on "Checkout" and fill in all the personal information requested on the next page. Select your preferred payment method and click on the "Pay" button. Our package will be delivered to the shipping address you have provided, and the delivery time will depend on the selected destination, which you can check here.

what is the delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the destination of the shipment (you can check delivery times here ), since the package leaves our central warehouse in Elche (Alicante). Orders are prepared and shipped from Monday to Friday as long as it is a working day.

Please note that orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse on the same day for purchases made until 14:00 hours from Monday to Friday working days. Orders placed after 14:00, during weekends or holidays, will be processed the next working day.

At Wonders.com we work with several courier companies depending on the selected destination. You will receive an email to confirm the scheduled delivery date. This email will also include a link that will allow you to track the package on the website of the corresponding transport agency.
